The Grade I students of Bodhi School participated in the Zee Learn BrainCafe Budding Scientists competition held on 26/11/13. Mr. Chandrasekharan Vaidyanathan,former ISRO Scientist was the judge for the competition that was based on the exhibit, presentation, answering questions and project report. It was quite a tough task as some of the exhibits were simple with good concepts that the children explained. He was thrilled to see that young children were enthusiastic in speaking about their models. Mr. Chandrasekharan said that he was impressed by the way Bodhi School arranged the contest and encouraged young minds in conceptual thinking. Vishnu V was chosen the school level winner to proceed to the Knockout round in Kochi in December for his elaborate explanation and for the way in which he tackled questions. Congratulations to Vishnu, all the enthusiastic participants and also to Bodhi school for providing wonderful opportunities for kids to use creativity and imagination along with science and technology.
