Improvement I saw in my child

I have been a regular visitor of schoolkutti library for the past six months. When I was young, my father used to subscribe the Paico classics book series, which introduced me to the classics world in English literature. Although my line was different and stepped on to the Engg field, the characters in the classics were lingering somewhere in the corner of my mind. Yesterday I was thrilled with joy when my 6 year old son acted as if he is \'Tom sawyer\' and his friend was \'Huckleberry Finn\'. It seems \'Aunt Polly\' is his aunt and \'Sid\' is his brother. Whenever he sees a tall person, he asks me whether this uncle is the \'Gulliver\'. When he sees a black horse, he checks whether it has a white spot on its forehead and a white patch on its leg, to ensure that it is \'Black Beauty\'. A brown horse is always Black Beauty\'s friend \'Ginger\' for him. At one time, he was ‘Robinson Crusoe’ and with his toys, he started playing living in a lonely island. From my bottom of my heart, I thank Schoolkutti library and its patrons, for providing me the opportunity to read out such evergreen classic stories to my kids. The fun part is, because of this story reading, it becomes easy for me to make them take their breakfast and dinner enthusiastically which was otherwise a ‘laborious’ task. Thanks and Best Wishes to the Schoolkutti team and the efforts which they put into as a social service.
