The results are in! Schoolkutti team is proud to announce the winners of our Schoolkutti QuizBuzz contest that
started on 27th October, sponsored by Schoolkutti.com Children's Library. From those who sent the correct entries, two winners
were selected at random on 3rd November. Hearty Congratulations to the winners!!

b is the correct answer. The picture shows granite, that is an igneous rock and is formed from magma

a is the correct answer. The rock in the picture is chalk. Protozoans such as foraminifera lived on the marine debris that showered down from the upper layers of the ocean. . Chalk was formed from their shells that were made of calcite extracted from the rich sea-waters.

c is the correct answer. Marble, shown in the picture is a metamorphic rock which comes is many colors, is beautiful and strong. Hence it is also used for building construction.

a is the correct answer. Talc, shown in the picture is the softest mineral in the world.
